About Me
Approach
I am a Registered Counsellor in private practice based in Windermere, Durban. As a registered counsellor, I strive to empower clients of all ages facing a variety of challenges. I am committed to helping my clients overcome their challenges so that they can thrive in all areas of their lives. I allow my clients to share their experiences in the ambience of complete privacy and confidentiality. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental and safe environment where issues can be explored and constructive changes can be made.
I am immensely passionate about psycho-oncology and strive to help my clients navigate through their journey. I provide psychological support to my oncology clients to help build their compliance towards their treatment and adjust to their pre and post treatment lifestyle changes. I work by integrating my own personal experience with cancer, clinical skills and expertise and use evidence -based psychological management for my clients.
